Childen’s Photo Calendar

Are you wanting something a bit different to give as a gift for Christmas next year? Or want your own special calendar of your little ones? Or even want to gift the calendar shoot to someone who has little ones? On this page, you will find all the information on how the Children’s photo calendars work, information for each month’s setup, guidance on what to think about for outfits, and the all-important shoot dates.

How it works?

First, you pay a £95 session fee this locks you a place and includes a beautiful A4 calendar at the end of 2025 ready to go on your wall for 2026. It is then £20 a month for the year and this includes your choice of 1 image from each month’s setup. From January-November, each month there will be a different setup relevant to that month that your child/children will be photographed against. You are then sent an unedited gallery of images to select the image you would like and then I work my edit magic so they look like the images you can see below. For the Christmas setups, you are able to choose between three setups I will be running next year (these are yet to be decided) and you book your slot for this one over October/November. This means all images will be edited and ready to build your calendar for delivery in early December, just in time for Christmas.

When will the shoots take place?

Once you have booked on you will be sent a calendar link for the first couple of months to book your slot. Then every 3 months new calendar links will be sent for the next lot of sessions. Please don’t worry if things change down the line we can figure that out making sure the session takes place on a date that works for both of us. The sessions usually take place on a Wednesday or a Sunday each month.

How long do the sessions take?

Each shoot will last around 15-20 minutes, you will then be sent a gallery where you will select the image you want for the calendar. This is then the image I will complete a full edit on.

Where do the sessions take place?

The shoots will take place at my studio in Ramsey.

How many Children can take part?

It is a maximum of 4 children a session and children must be aged 4 months to 11 years old.

If you are wanting an outfit to go with the backdrop an old-styled outfit will work really nicely, braces for boys, long socks for girls. Or dress up as your favourite book character.

April

Easter scene.
For outfit ideas think Easter themed- I do also have some knitted bunny hats on hand.
May

Teddy bears picnic
Think bright spring colours for outfits and bring along your favourite teddy to join you.
June

Enchanted Forest scene.
Think summer outfits for this setup.

July

Travel Scene
For outfit ideas think holiday.
August

Sunflower Field
For outfit ideas think straw hats and summery clothes.
September

Back to School.
Anything that has that school uniform look will work perfectly with this setup.

October

Pumpkin Scene
Think Halloween outfits for this one.
November

Fireworks Scene
Think coats, hats, scarfs or the total opposite and sparkly outfits.
December

Christmas Scene
Christmas outfits to match the colours for whatever Christmas setup you choose.
